INSTRUCTIONS:

1) Determine which amount you would like to have automatically charged to your credit card, debit card, or bank account each month.

 

2) If you are a friend or family member of a supporter, please add that person’s name above the appropriate donate button.  Click the “Donate” button.  This will take you to our paypal page.

 

3) If you have a paypal account you can login and donate using your paypal account.  If you do not have a paypal account, find the area of the page that says “Don't have a PayPal account?” and choose the credit/debit option.

 

4) After you complete your donation, you will be brought back to our website.  You will initially receive a receipt via email.  At the end of each year, A Mother’s Wish Foundation will mail you a receipt for the total amount contributed (for tax purposes).

 

Our safe and secure online donation options are provided by www.paypal.com. Donations are tax deductible and you do not need a paypal account to donate by credit/debit card.

Welcome to A Mother’s Wish.  Many of you have volunteered here or know someone who has volunteered here… so you know how it works.

The founders, directors, and officers of the foundation do not receive any salary or benefits from the foundation.  This way, the money that you send to us goes directly to the community.  It goes there by way of a clinic that provides free medical consults, free medicines, and free vaccines.  There are also all of the programs we run such as Pap Smear days, dengue campaigns, parasite campaigns, and educational talks.

All of this costs about $50,000 per year.  We have heard that is not a lot of money, unless you don’t have it.  Right now, we are looking at about a 6 month horizon.  This means if we do not receive a donation again, we are going to have to close the doors and stop all or the projects.

We need your help.  We need everyone’s help. 

We would like to ask that you do one of two things.  Please sign up for a $20 per month, automatic donation through paypal.  If you can’t afford that, please sign up for a $5 per month donation and find three friends who can also sign up for $5 dollar donations.  

With your help, we will be able to continue our programs and continue to change lives, save lives, and raise a generation of healthy children.
