INSTRUCTIONS:

1) Determine which amount you would like to have automatically charged to your credit card, debit card, or bank account each month.

 

2) If you are a friend or family member of a supporter, please add that person’s name above the appropriate donate button.  Click the “Donate” button.  This will take you to our paypal page.

 

3) If you have a paypal account you can login and donate using your paypal account.  If you do not have a paypal account, find the area of the page that says “Don't have a PayPal account?” and choose the credit/debit option.

 

4) After you complete your donation, you will be brought back to our website.  You will initially receive a receipt via email.  At the end of each year, A Mother’s Wish Foundation will mail you a receipt for the total amount contributed (for tax purposes).

 

Our safe and secure online donation options are provided by www.paypal.com. Donations are tax deductible and you do not need a paypal account to donate by credit/debit card.
